Getting Started with RealiQ

Set up your account, navigate the dashboard, and upload your first document in under 5 minutes.

1. Create Your Account

Visit the sign-in page and click Sign Up. Enter your email address and create a password. You'll receive a confirmation email — click the link to verify your account.

Tip

If you were invited by a team member, use the invitation link instead. This will automatically add you to their organisation.

2. Organisation Setup

After signing in for the first time, you'll be prompted to create or join an organisation. Enter your company name and optionally upload a logo. All data in RealiQ is scoped to your organisation — team members share the same properties, investors, and comparables.

3. Dashboard Overview

The dashboard gives you a real-time snapshot of your portfolio:

  • Properties — Total count with breakdown by sector
  • Investors — Active investors and their requirements
  • Matches — Recent investor-property matches with scores
  • Comparables — Transaction evidence in your database
  • Portfolio Value — Aggregate guide price across all properties
  • Recent Activity — Latest uploads, extractions, and matches

4. Upload Your First Document

Navigate to Upload in the sidebar. Drag and drop a property investment brochure (PDF, DOCX, or XLSX) or click to browse. RealiQ's AI will:

  1. Extract the text content from your document
  2. Identify property details: address, sector, price, yield, tenancy schedule
  3. Create a property record with all extracted data
  4. Automatically match the property against your investor requirements
  5. Extract any comparable evidence mentioned in the document

Supported formats

PDF (including scanned documents), Microsoft Word (.docx), and Excel (.xlsx) files are supported. Maximum file size is 25 MB.

5. Review Extracted Data

After extraction completes, you'll see a preview of the extracted data. Review the fields — property address, guide price, net initial yield, tenancy details — and make any corrections before saving. The AI is highly accurate but it's always good practice to verify key figures.
